Owning and operating buildings is a complex task. Buildings often do not perform as the designer intended and operation can also be less efficient than it need be. The result is often dissatisfied occupants and unnecessarily large energy bill - and if your energy bill is larger than it need, be then so are your CO2 emissions - and they matter too.

At Jassoc Ltd we aim to assist facilities management staff with understand their installation and systems so they can be operated correctly - and efficiently.

We will provide the surveys to tell you where your energy is going and suggest where it might be saved. We will provide your staff with the training and documentation to ensure those savings happen - and when they do, we will provide the display energy certificate (DEC) to prove it.

Our prime expertise is the operation of existing buildings and we are well aware that running a building efficiently involves more than turning off the lights. We subscribe to the BSRIA "Soft Landings" initiative, which aims to ensure post occupancy satisfaction and - since it addresses many of the problems we meet - we apply its lessons wherever we can.

Company Profile

We are a group of building professionals with long experience in the design, commissioning and operation of buildings and their facilities.

Originally more concerned with condition surveys and fault finding we have switched emphasis as the importance of reducing energy consumption and CO2 emissions has been recognised. While still happy to assist with these basic elements we believe we can be more use to society by concentrating on the energy survey, energy saving and energy management fields.

We work to Cibse standards and have accreditations on the Low Carbon Consultants and Energy Assessor registers.

While we are happy to go anywhere, anytime our base is Bristol UK and our preferred area of operation along the M4, M5 routes - London, the Midlands, South Wales and the West .
