With individual experience in the design, construction and operation of buildings we can - between us - guide users on most aspects of owning and operating building services and facilities.

We have chosen to specialise in the preparation of new buildings for handover and FM operations thereafter - originally confining our activities to commissioning, snagging and O&M documentation.

However, the snagging and commissioning background soon led back to fault finding and building performance - particularly as the efficient operation of buildings has always been our major interest. As the drive for energy efficient operation has grown we have applied energy management techniques to benchmark buildings and portfolios - following up with our own building services expertise to identify the energy saving opportunities they suggest.
Energy saving is now our primary activity. We seek opportunities in that field and support special interest groups that work to improve related standards;-

We are members of the BSRIA Soft Landings group. Seeking to improve the handover of projects, so FM are able to take on buildings of increasing complexity and operate them as the designer intended.

We are active with the Cibse Energy Performance Group, seeking ways of improving the energy performance of buildings

We are acquiring (or have acquired) the necessary accreditations to carry out statutory inspections associated with the EPBD.
