A natural extension of our core mission to provide the technical information and advice necessary for FM to achieve "best practice" energy performance.
Survey's, energy management and energy assessors are valuable sources of information - but unless the lessons they highlight are put into action the effort is pointless.
We will provide the advice, the training and the procedures to interpret those lessons into practical steps for FM staff.
By summarising advice into a pro-forma suited to funding applications, by tailoring training into a site specific approach and by suggesting operating procedures that are an easy fit with existing practice - we aim to provide a painless adjustment on site. An approach intended to enlist the co-operation of site personnel - who are the players who actually make the difference.
This is where our interest in the BSRIA "Soft Landings" framework finds application. An initiative developed to help FM.
